• Maintenance: Providing specialized maintenance for private homes and EU-funded refurbishment projects.

4. Property Listings and Availability The property information provided on this website regarding projects such as Bellevue Residence , GreenGate Apartments , Verve Villa Residence, and others is for general information purposes only.

• Availability: Properties listed as “Sold” (e.g., Essence Residences) or “Complete” (e.g., Garten Haus) are not available for purchase.

• Accuracy: While we strive for precision, floor plans, visuals, and specifications are subject to change during the construction process.

• Binding Agreements: No information on this website constitutes a binding offer to sell. The purchase of any property is subject to a formal Sales Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this site—including text, “visionary concepts”, blueprints, logos, and images—is the property of Evrihome.
